Meet Cristine Steele, LMFT
Hey, I’m so glad you’re here.
At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that you are not broken; you are already whole.
Life is legit hard and we all need help sometimes.
I lead with curiosity & compassion and take a holistic, systemic approach toward healing.
I help women who constantly feel like they aren’t enough—whether they’re perfectionists, high-achievers, or struggling under the weight of self-doubt. If you’re tired of never measuring up in your own mind, I’m here to help you build self-compassion and confidence.
With a compassionate and evidence-based approach, we’ll work together to quiet the inner critic, heal past wounds, and help you step into the truth: You are already enough.
It’s time to make a change.

Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we'll ever do.

My Core Values:
authenticity:
I lead with authenticity.
I’m not the therapist for everyone, and I’m okay with that.
When I’m the right fit, we do good work together. I value genuine connections with my clients, as the therapeutic relationship is the KEY ingredient to your progress.
compassion:
I personally & professionally know how hard life can be. You’ve experienced enough people putting expectations on you, possibly abuse, neglect or trauma.
I invite you to trust that I can bring compassion for you without an agenda.
safety:
With a felt sense of safety, your nervous system will allow you to do deeper work.
You’ll learn to listen to your own inner knowing regarding what you need in order to access a felt sense of safety with me.
You’ll also learn how to ask for what you need in and out of session.
empowerment:
I never tell clients what to do.
Likely, you’ve been put in a box or told what to do for a long time. Working with me means that you will slowly learn to trust your own gut, your own intuition. You’ll reconnect with yourself and learn to live comfortably outside the box.
“Cristine was key in my healing journey, learning to love myself, and become a better me through some big life changes... and I will never forget it. She uses trauma healing modalities that will help you get unstuck in your life and relationships.”
In therapy with me…
We’ll dig deep.
I offer more than talk therapy.
I’m here to help you feel better faster. I will help you make sense of your childhood & the narratives you adapted as you grew up. The beliefs that keep you stuck today don’t have to define you. Together, we’ll rewrite those false narratives so you can step into confidence, freedom, and self-acceptance.
You’re in charge.
At the heart, I am a collaborative therapist. If at any point, you don’t like something or want to do something different, tell me! I expect my clients to give me feedback because I am always adapting to your needs. I have plenty of tools in the toolbox, but I want to figure out what works for YOU. Working with me means that you’ll learn how to trust yourself, listen to your wants and needs & be able to communicate those to others (without fear of disappointing me or fear of rejection)!
I’ll cheer you on.
After a few months to a year of working together, you will notice a significant change in how you feel about yourself and your relationships. Often my clients report feeling better within a few months (or days with an intensive), but that lasting change will come as you put into practice what you are processing in session. Therapy doesn’t need to last for years. When you are feeling more connected to yourself and have processed what you came to therapy for, I’m going to cheer you on as you conclude (or pause) therapy with me. I’ll be a resource for you to come back to as needed.
